CSceneSystem::BeginRenderingView() - Game Crash after ALT+TAB #2610

Description

When you minimize the game and then return after, this prompt appears and the game crashes. It happens on the Menu, Lobby, in Demo and in Game.

This is after the latest update(2GB-battle pass)

OS: Windows 10 Version 21H2 (Build 19044.1889) CPU: i5-6300HQ RAM:16GB Card: GTX 960m

Dota Update: Sep 2, 2022 Build: 9436073 App ID: 570

I thought it's my pc fault

In my case... I had the scale option for my PC set to 125% which caused the game window to try and adjust to it. This caused the dota2 screen to be send to the back like it was minimized even I had -high -fullscreen options set.

But this def needs to be resolved. Hopefully this will help someone with the issue.
