Launch Dota 2 error #2740

I have no problem with the past updates until this recent BP update this error would pop up "failed to load rendersystemdx11.dll". I'm using windows 7 when playing dota 2. I'm excited about this new BP but it turns out to be a disappointment cause I can't play no more. Help! I did verify the game file and downloaded Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64) but none of them works. Help!
