Rubick Arcana Stolen Spells not Changed #2823

Description

Many of the stolen spells that Rubick's Arcana modifies are no longer, or just somewhat being modified. Perfect examples include:

  1. Mortimer Kiss (Snapfire Ultimate): Normally launches cubes that explode into a green pool with cubes coming out, instead launches normal mortimer kiss globs that have a green pool when they land
  2. Laguna Blade: Normally is a solid green beam. Instead, it is the normal Laguna Blade beam with a slight green particle effect.
  3. Assasinate: Normally is a green bolt. Instead, it is the normal sniper ult.
  4. Ball Lightning: Normally is a ball of green lightning. Instead, it's just normal Storm Spirit Ult

Another similar bug that has been around for a long time and still hasn't been fixed.

I checked and in fact everything works as it was originally, except for Snapfire's ult. The green cubes are really gone
