Double down token not working #2834

Description

I had used my double down token in a solo queue game, won it and got only +30 MMR instead of the +60 MMR.

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

6741902483

Edit: I used it again and lost the game. Lost 60 MMR

The same thing happened to me too. How to vote on this? I got robbed 60 MMR :(

Same issue, I posted on reddit about this. I think its applying the double down mmr to your role rating but not to your account

i think it's like a scam, you can choose madalin stunt cars game because it's free

You may want to reach out to the support team for the game or platform you are playing on to report the issue and see if they can assist you further. They may be able to investigate the issue and potentially provide a resolution or compensate you for the loss in MMR. tunnel rush
