Immortal Treasure I 2022 items

Description

I opened Immortal Treasure I 2022 twice, and got items with different tags. One of the items can be gifted once, and for some reason the other doesn't have such tag. There were no changes in steam guard or phone on the account, it is just dropped without the gift tag.

I'm getting this bug too. None of my 2022 BP Immortal I items are gift-able, even though Valve clearly stated they would be gift-able once before next year.
