1 year ago Encountering a similar issue with a similar mdmp file.
PC Specs are:
- Motherboard: X470 Master SLI/ac
- GPU: RTX 3080
- CPU: Ryzen 5700x
- 16 GB DDR4 RAM
- Windows 10
I have tried:
- Reinstalling Dota 2
- Verifying Game Cache Integrity
- -vulkan, -safe_mode, -safe, -autoconfig, -noprewarm, -gl in all combinations with each other
- Flashing BIOS to latest version
- Installing a different CPU and GPU
- Installing Dota 2 on a different SSD
- Updating to latest drivers for CPU and GPU
- Running Dota 2 in administrator mode
- Running Dota 2 in Windows 7 compatibility mode
Description
When I press the button to start the game, it does not even turn on. The Synchronization window with Steam Cloud appears, after the synchronization window closes and nothing happens. A mini-dump file is created in the steamapps/common/dota 2 beta/game/bin/win64/ game folder. I will attach an example in the video here, and I will also reset the mini-dump file itself. Please help, I've tried many things but nothing worked.
