Open Steam Library > right click on dota >properties > controller > Override for Dota 2 > Disable Steam Input. That solved it for me

Description
After I launch the game, my cursor is nonexistent. This has never been an issue before but now it happens somewhat frequently. Part of the problem is probably me alt tabbing while launching, but this has never been an issue before. I believe this also happens without me alt tabbing but less frequently.
