Arcana item missing #3789

Description

I wanted to sell an item from the Dota 2 game for a character. The product is called: Feast of the Abscession with autograph. When I decided to change the price and cancel the sale, the item abruptly disappeared. It is not on the market and is not in my inventory. Help!
