Hi-five/flag hard-coded hotkey prevents Unified Order from working correctly

Description

Unified Order allows you control your illusions/heroes via issuing a command whilst holding CTRL. The hifive and flag was added as part of battle pass and usually was removed afterwards so it wasn't a huge pain in the ass to deal with, but with it being added permanently this has introduced an incredibly annoying bug. The hi-five and flags have a hard-coded hotkey set as CTRL + hotkey item 1 and item 2.

This means if you use unified order whilst trying to use your items you end up casting hifive/flag instead of the item you're trying to use.

Example

• Enable Unified Order with CTRL in Settings -> Options
• Select Phantom Lancer
• Purchase diffusal and manta style and set them on item slot 1 and 2
• Generate illusions
• Move illusions with CTRL, at the same time try to use diffusal active or trigger manta style active ability
• You instead trigger hi-five (showing off your real hero amongus the illusion) or try to plant a flag instead of using your item

Expected Behaviour

Allow us to either remove or change the hotkeys for hifive/flag buttons or let items have a precedence over cosmetic buttons e.g. only trigger if theres no items in the slot.
