The FPS limit does not work #4685

Description

After the update, the slider limiting FPS stopped working. Also, the FPS limit via the console does not work. Thus, the GPU is 100% used.

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

Temporary solution

You can set the FPS limit in the NVIDIA Control Panel. Or you can install Vulkan in the graphics settings instead of Directx 11.

same problem and asked a friend on different pc and he confirmed it too.

I have the same problem. What kind of bug can cause this?

Same problem, Maximum frames per second allowed not working. Now setting max frame rate from nvidia control panel. Please fix ty
