After the patch yesterday (The Battle Pass: Part II) when in the menu of Dota 2 my GPU sounds like a Tesla coil from Red Alert.
Dashboard maximum frames per second is not doing anything anymore? I've set the limit to 60FPS, but it sound the same at 60FPS or 240FPS. This is with a NVIDIA 3090 GPU.
