Battle Pass from Swag Bag #4829

I cannot claim my free battle pass from the swag bag, I already claimed the dota plus and arcana but the battle pass keeps saying the reward is currently disabled.

This might be because of the huge errors that they temporarily disabled it as I got the Ogre Arcana instead of Crystal Maiden Arcana due to (error 4).
