[Tooltip] Telescope doesn't mention the bonus attack range is for ranged only

Description

Telescope doesn't mention the attack range bonus is for ranged allies only. It says "Bonus attack range" everywhere. For the longest time, me and my friends thought telescope gave everyone bonus attack range, whether it's ranged/melee. I thought that was the entire point of it being a Tier 4 item (upgraded from being Tier 3, I remember). We only found it the hard way because all of us were conviced it works for everyone because my friend (a position 4 Dark Seer), wouldn't give me (Bloodseeker) the Penta-Edged Sword because he needed punch range.

Penta-edged sword makes it very obvious it works only on melee, but telescope doesn't mention it anywhere. Is this even intended for ranged only? I don't know, I feel like it work on both melee/ranged considering it's a Tier 4 item now. But whatever the intention is, I feel like a little clarification in the tooltip would be appreciated, maybe similar to Penta-Edged Sword by just putting in parantheses?
