Missing Greevil parts in the portrait and preview

Description

Just bought a unusual Greevil courier and all of it's parts are missing from the animated portrait during gameplay (such as eyes, horns, etc...). This issue is actually has been exist for a long time now. Even a Naked Greevil without any extra parts has it's eyes missing.

Parts are also missing in the courier preview in the Global Items menu.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately the issue is still persist after I verified the game files.
