The error is as follows: The specified item is no longer in your inventory or is not allowed to be traded on the public market.

Can you check what immortals are still not marketable from 2020 and add then to https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Dota2-Gameplay/issues/5284, consider closing this issue and upvote that one.
