Tempest Double loses Duel Victory Damage upon death #554

Description

When Arc Warden’s Tempest Double wins a duel, it can fully utilise the Duel Victory Damage for the remaining uptime it has.

But as soon as the Double either dies, expires or gets resummoned (while still alive), it always loses the duel damage buff.

The Tempest Double should keep its own duel damage throughout resummons, just like the Meepo Clones who keep their self-earned duel damage for the entire game.

Currently LC doesn't get Duel Damage from the Arc Warden Clone, it makes sense that the Clone do not get to keep the damage permanently.
