Windrunner’s Focus Fire lvl 25 talent procs when killing Tempest Doubles #56

Effects that only trigger upon killing a hero/unit (e.g. track gold, necrolyte regen, duel damage, etc) are not supposed to trigger when killing a Tempest Double.

This behaviour is currently mostly consistent, with the exception of 2 cases where this behaviour is currently malfunctioning.

Windrunner’s level 25 talent is one of the cases where this behaviour is malfunctioning.

Currently she gets her Focus Fire cooldown reduced when killing a Tempest Double, which is not supposed to happen.

Considering that all other on-death effects do not happen when killing a Tempest Double, this Focus Fire talent interaction should get fixed as well, for consistency.

A meepo clone triggers the on killing effects, for consistency it makes sense that other clones too follow the same.
