Invoker skin bugged #5607

Description

Angel of Vex skin from the cache appears to be unable to be equipped without the persona. This was not specifically stated anywhere from what I can see. Please consider offering refunds or allowing the cosmetic to be equipped as I would have not purchased if this information was available.

this was really ridiculous, could you at least put it up for sale or give it to us, I spent my money on it
