Bonus week chest bug #5654

Description

Hello, as one of the many users that are experiencing this bug where you get only 1000 points from bonus week chest every time becouse of some kind of lag/glitch I demand some kind of compensation in this matter, becouse this is unacceptable from company of your scale. I poured countles hours into getting those chest and my reward is 1000 points every time.

Same happened to be and there is also a bug where it goes up come down back to 1k. I recorded and uploaded the video on YT. Tried to reach out to the reddit community but got ignored. I spent so many hours on this game and money still its not that much rewarding at all. What is the meaning of Bonus week if you work hard and get less than normal week.
