Primal Beast Immortal Age of Attrition effect is not selectable without wearing it #5659

Description

It is expected that for immortal items with effects attached to them that you should be able to select the individual ability effects while owning the item without necessarily equipping it. The ability to do so here is absent on primal beast's age of attrition helmet.
