Astral Imprisonment and Glimpse

Description

If you're getting glimpsed (Disruptor) and you astral (Outworld Devourer) to dodge it, typically you wouldnt be glimpsed, but if you have shard, for some reason you do? lol

In addition, we can see the cooldown is strange when the talent is selected "0,2,4,6" ? It might be related. my account access
