Hi,

i have claimed the swag bag and they give me a random skin for Ogre, i didnt get any list to choose, this is a bug can you please help me

you are not the only one, missing arcana (Techies) received in the event Diretide 2022 (unpacked 21 hours ago) arcana is on steam but not in the game

Same. Ogre Magi Arcana (Flockheart's gamble), but I didn't get the list to choose from. I thought that it was supposed to be random, but I found out people talking about waiting for the Candyshop Arcana before claiming the Swag bag. I just read the comment, and now I'm here. I would have chosen P.A. or Juggernaut Arcana.
