No way for colorblind players to know their randomly-assigned color #580

Description

Dota 2 assigns a random color to each of the players in the game. I am a protanope and cannot differentiate many of the colors.

This affects my gameplay sometimes when players say, "Hey Blue, can you TP bottom?". I'll look and see that I am one of two or three people who can plausibly be Blue.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive has a setting that allows you to see both the color, and a letter for that player. So in addition to the blue color, it would have a "B" superimposed over the blue color.

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

^ The first and third player colors look indistinguishable to me in this picture. They're slightly different but I don't know which color is which. It would be nice if there were a letter (like P for Purple and B for Blue) superimposed over them.

I believe the order of colors is consistent, so Blue is always first from the left and Purple is third. That being said there should absolutely be a setting like that in Dota for something as common as colorblindness.

I would suggest adding an indicator, probably like a mini-number (somewhere). Depending on the color-blind type, the fourth and fifth player might be indistinguishable too.
