Spirit of the Sacred Grove

Description

The item Spirit of the Sacred Grove is still not available on the steam market. It was said that after the TI11 it would be able to be sold. All the immortals and the Radiant Conqueror (the ultra rare from collector cache 2) have been made available, but not Spirit of the Sacred Grove (the ultra rare from collector cache 1).

Can you check what immortals are still not marketable from 2020 and add then to https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Dota2-Gameplay/issues/5284, consider closing this issue and upvote that one.
