Slark Essence shift 300 range 1 agi steal doesnt seem to work

Am immortal played slark 1000+times maybe I just dont understand that spell but it doesnt steal 1 agi even if am in 300 range when the final blow (by someone else) kills enemy. Am guessing coz its programed to measure 300 range and once u walk away from 300range and then come back (but dont hit) and he dies, it wont give u stack. But based on description it should give u 1 stack if ur in 300 range.

Same thing hapening in this replay on t2 dire fight where LC dies (5agi stacks only stolen not 6) while beyign glimpsed (19:07) but didnt wanted to mention it since theres some distance between us so the first example is just better. No agi stack stolen.

So based on alt description of spell, its a bug, coz it doesnt work this way. Still 15 agi stacks stolen not 16.
