cannot gift item, gift not working

Description

why can't I gift Dota 2 items to all my friends who are on Steam Dota 2 and my friends have been friends for more than 30 days. It's been three days and it still doesn't work, so help. I hope this can be fixed thank you ID 345797929

Try logging out of the steam client and relogging. This will force the system to pull information from the mobile authenticator as you need the code off the app to log in. This could fix a simple error where the system is overlooking the fact you have the authenticator

Попробуйте выйти из Steam и повторно войти в систему. Это заставит систему извлекать информацию из мобильного аутентификатора, так как вам нужен код из приложения для входа в систему. Это может исправить простую ошибку, когда система упускает из виду тот факт, что у вас есть аутентификатор.

пробовал переустанавить Стим, перезагрузить пк, удалить доту и скачать заново, пробовал с другого компьютера, пробовал все что только можно представить.
