No manacost on neutral items and TP #6343

Hero and spell

ex. Ogre seal totem, Teleport Scroll

Description

No manacost indicator on neutral items and TP. As you can see on screenshot, all basic items have their manacost indicator at right-bot corner. But itss not cosistant cuz there is no indicator on basic items and TP scroll. When u play u have to hover to see whats exact manacost it is. Icefrog pls fix эту хуйню.

Not really a bug but a QOL feature.
