Description

Each Phantom Lancer illusion deals damage with the aforementioned artifacts once, even when they are in the backpack and not activated.

Seems like when a new illusion is created it deals a single tick of radiance or Cloak, before knowing the items are in the backpack.

That's right. But it's a bug and needs to be fixed:)
