i cannot sell dota 2 capsules 2022 #6631

Description

I bought a lot of capsules and now i'm unable to sell them, even with the english or chinese talent capsules. I don't know why. Fix this bug please! my items says not marketable, not exchangable, not usable, fix it!

The Sticker inside the capsule are sellable.

I know, but some capsules are sellable (and some others were) now not all are sellable. Besides that, i've seen an increment of stock in the steam market, that means is just a bug that Valve have to fix (or all are able to sell or none of us should be able). So fix it.
