Can anyone explain why I can drop so much in 5 lose game from Archon I (~2300) to Guardian V (~1386) that is a total of -914 pts lose.. Please help....

Even with MMR calibration this shouldn't happen.

Where can I report this problem to valve ?

Just my observation for calibration since valve keep their ranking system a secret: average mmr of games doesnt matter. vs archons guardians or even legends doesnt mean you jump ranks until your medal revealed. hidden MMR stays the same, just each game worth at least 60-90 mmr for you.

60-90 might vary from win streaks until first loss multiplied by the total games + peak mmr this season e.g. did you play at least 40 games? i played about 600 games and i get about +340 mmr win 4 lose 6 i think. i heard others win 8 but -200 probably because they dont play much / ticked all roles.

save 10 role que before you calibrate then play same role or you "wasted" calibration games. e.g. i calibrated archon 5 as mid lane only, offlane stuck archon 2. safelane crusader 5 (very rarely play pos 1). so this might mean i'm at a disadvantage if i only played pos 1 calibration. i would lose 900 mmr too even if i win 10x. the result is just not the same.

hidden mmr number for each role only "updates" the next time you play this role, and it can be "stuck" at lower medal than your highest mmr if you lost too much as that role. e.g. i used to play pos 3 a lot, so i know why it's stuck as archon 2. my pos 1 crusader 5 so i thought i can abuse this to rank up (because average mmr is crusader 5 when i only que pos 1 after that). turns out next game it becomes archon 1, 2 then stuck at 3 (you see this during drafting phase).

anyway valve wont fix your mmr, but i hope my observation help ur next calibration. Before you calibrate / reach your highest mmr always remember to play all roles few times until it updates to your current medal / make it stuck at lower medal like i did.

you can avoid losing too much mmr during calibration by playing only your best role. and if you got losing streaks as your best role then try ur 2nd best role. im guessing you played pos 3 4 5.

and your profile still private btw but nvm
