High quality dashboard setting not working #6746

Description

I have weird problem with dota 2 video settings. High quality dashboard setting not working. Its only works on main menu when i see the dota 2 logo flashing. When i watch some streams i see its working for others. I have amd 5 2600x cpu and rtx3070 gpu with latest drivers. Also i have checked dota 2 files and there is nothing corrupted.

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

Works fine, after changing the video options, I had to press Apply, for other setting they change without pressing apply.

Ye i have pressed Apply, and nothing happen. And one think, its works on demo hero mode :D not casual or ranked games.

Tested in Play vs Bots, works there as well.

Try resetting your setting, and then try again. Not able to reproduce the issue, and you have mentioned its seems to work for others.

I tried to reset default video settings and seems its only works when effect quality is high
