Stuttering, lag and slow loading for Ubuntu/Manjaro #6813

Description

Hello,

I have been experiencing the issue a few months after installing either dristo. I have tried Ubuntu, Manjaro and Kubuntu. The game works fine without any issues for a few months, then the performance drops to having even 4-5 seconds of stuck screen, but only outside of the actual game play. The lag is taking place in the loading screen, menu, settings, items menu.

Current system is Kubuntu 22.10 Hardware AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS 16GB RAM GeForce RTX™ 3060 Laptop GPU 6GB

Vulkan enabled Shader pre-caching enabled
