Good afternoon, I received a ban for cheats, despite the fact that I don’t use cheats and don’t even play rating, I understand that I’m writing in the wrong section, but I couldn’t write to DotA support. I have a windranger lasso on my account and I would never risk playing it with cheats. my acc 150838416

Good afternoon Valve, I got a ban on searching for the game, despite the fact that I do not use cheats and do not use other accounts, I understand that I am writing to the wrong section, but I could not write to Dota support. I have an arcana for phantom assassin and legion commander on my account and a set for a juggernaut from the catacombs. I would not risk these items. I ask you to issue a log (match id and time) for what reason I was given a ban

today they announced 40,000 cheater accounts banned, maybe you're one of unfortunate ones? why can't you write to dota support to make an appeal? where did you go? try Steam library > dota 2 > support

i think it's over here Gameplay or technical issue > I'm having another problem > contact steam support

maybe you can say you played at internet cafe and perhaps one of the pc used cheat? note ban as mentioned in steam EULA is not only due to cheating using scripts / 3rd party programs. other reasons could be suspicious activity like concealing identity (hacker / hacked? someone else playing your acc /"friends" asking you to play their acc. suspicious playing location; avoiding punishment timer); selling accounts / illegal trading e.g. cross region trading / boosting MMR e.g. promoting to win party mmr for money / gift in return privately outside steam; intentionally ruin games / bad behaviour and get multiple reports etc. Overwatch reports also increase chances to catch you scripting as mouse movements may be oddly accelerate / track other player movements. i reported so many scripting incidents like 30? lol sorry.

for ban due to multiple accounts smurfing i think this is very rare and some ppl still have 2nd accounts for practice ranked. Only ban if suspected you are boosting / take monetary / gifts outside steam / suspect any reason mentioned above on your other accounts hence all accounts affected.

what happen if you click i've been VAC banned? unlucky then I dont know how else you contact steam support.
