If a user inn your party is watching a game, you cant start Que #707

Description: Start a party, have someone watch a game, try to start the que, game will say someone is already in game, cant que.

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

i think its because they watch live from dota+ feature

Ok, but it’s still a bug, expected behavior is you can que regardless
