2 unclaimed treasures

Description

About year ago did not received 2 treasures,and now even getting new treasures cant receive,coz in front showing old 2 ones i did not took out,and now they are bugged, each time when pressing CLAIM showing (THIS EVENT HAS EXPIRED,SO REWARDS ARE NO LONGER CLAIMABLE,could someone help me with this problem? steam id: 924090541

There are no new treasures, you only get shards from DPC Fantasy now.

Can you add a screenshot, technically that message shouldn''t show that you have 2 UnClaimed treasures.

Try contacting Steam Support if they can manually credit the treasure.
