Both the "Stats with this hero as an ally" and "Stats against this hero" do not work on newer heroes (or any hero at all). This heroes are:
Grimstroke
Mars
Snapfire
Void Spirit
Hoodwink
Dawnbreaker
Marci
Primal Beast
Muerta
They seem to only keep track of the games you play as the hero.
They most likely stopped working for every hero in a date around Grimstroke's release (08-24-2018, Patch 7.19).
