unbundled item issue

Description

i had 4 unbundled items from the new game tire 1 ...i won another one so i had five ready for trade from tire 1 to get one from tire 2. When i receive the 5th one i attempted to trade but they were all missing except the new one....so Im basically missing 4 unbudled tire one hero items from the new game ... please return em or tell me why they are missing... as i purchase most of the keys is kinda not nice...please help ! thanks and have a good one !

You can trade for only Bundled sets.

Yeah but ny bubdled sets are gone

Because you unbundled them?

No i didnt..right now i have too unopened treasures and one unbundled item..i had 4 that are missing as i said and they were all unbundled..if you are admin and you have access you can probably see..i both 20$ in keys and 100000 shards in keys…
