Soulbind malfunctions when targeting a Lotus Orb buffed hero that is chained to another hero #76

The issue appears when two units are already soulbound to another, and then one of them gets buffed by Lotus Orb:

Targeting the Lotus Orb buffed hero with a spell will cause the spell to be reflected to the caster (intended), but it also prevents the spell from getting duplicated to the other chained enemy hero.

You would expect the spell to get reflected (Lotus Orb) and to get doubled (Soulbind), but currently the latter does not happen.

Targeting the hero without a Lotus Orb buff causes the spell to get properly doubled and it is NOT reflected at all after getting doubled (the intended behaviour).
