When it's installed it's in library and I can add it to any collection but when it's not installed the game just disappears also favorite does nothing, it's just weird

1 year ago try hide one of the Uninstalled games in your library and screenshot your hidden games. just to confirm you didnt accidentally hide it
Description
So as the title says, the game is not showing in my library, if i want the download the game i need to look for it in the store and once i install it it actually shows in the library. Now I know you're thinking what's the problem if it's showing once installed, the problem is once i uninstall it it's as if the game doesn't exist and i actually like to keep games I play/played in my categories (yes i know i'm weird) so it's really annoying that the game is not showing in the library. For the record the game is not hidden, it's not due to filters as I checked everything, i even tried signing in a different account and it's not showing there either, also forgot to mention I checked the Steam mobile app and there i can find it in the library so i don't know if it's my PC or what. Not really a major problem just really annoying, so if anyone can help I'd really appreciate it
