bkb does dispel when u press it when downbreaker shard does not that's why

BKB active, specifically the Avatar Active, which is given by many abiltities like Dawn Starbreaker, Lion shard, etc, inherently does not dispel. The BKB active specically states that it dispels, so this is intended behavior, check the BKB tooltip.
