Depth Shroud / Shadow Dance

Description

Slark gets double the health regen in depth shroud. He will receive the benefits of the Health regen talent twice, but not the attack speed so theres an inconsistency here. Definitely feels like a bug.

seems fixed with 7.36 innate ability barracuda. should close issue
