Can not play ranked matchmaking on SEA #8105

Description

I am from Pakistan and all the Pakistani players are being forced to play on Europe Servers just because SEA server has suddenly disappeared since the beginning of April 2023. It was the only server on which Pakistani players had the lowest ping which had ranked matchmaking enabled. It absolutely makes no sense for removing this server currently majority of the Pakistani players are using VPN services to play ranked matchmaking on SEA server. Currently the only way Pakistani players can play Dota on SEA server without VPN is by playing the battle cup on Saturdays.

this works too but I'm mostly playing solo so.. and I don't wanna download a vpn.
