Muerta model disappears from map, no longer playable

Description

The Muerta model disappears from the game. Clicking on his top bar icon highlights that the hero model should be mid lane along with the mini-map showing his icon there as well. After disconnecting and reconnecting they could still not control her hero and becomes unplayable.

Muerta is ultied and standing in her silence. A skywrath on the other team uses a rod of atos, silence, and ulti on her. I believe the end of the rod of atos effect triggers a bug that removes Muerta's player model that might have to do with an ulti interaction.
