Unable to watch (most) friends live with Dota Plus #8491

Description

I'm not able to watch most friends live with Dota Plus anymore. It isn't clear why I can watch some but not others. Out of 5 people in a game that I am friends with on Steam, the UI only offers the "Watch Friend Live" for 2 of them. It is the same two friends across multiple games, and another friend with Dota Plus confirmed that they are only able to watch these same two people.

i have the same problem, the only reason i get plus is for watch live and it won't work sometimes
