BUG : Dota+ live spectating

What is the bug?

When Dota+ livespectating was introduced you were able to click the golden death summary button, now if u try to click the golden "death summary" button it will do nothing.

Current video settings ^ Talking about that button ^ (not the buyback button..)

It also blocks the button to watch the players cosmetics on the hero

I have never had this issue. could you post your graphic settings and screen size. It is likely do to overlay issue.

Currently using 2560x1440 (165hz) borderless window and all options on/high except texture quality is medium then Ambient occlusion/specular/high Quality water/vsync and compute shaders are off.

but i know i had this same problem happen on my old monitor (changed to this current monitor 6months ago or so) and it was 1080p monitor 240hz.
