After 7.33b the radius of it increased from 900 to 1200. But the global cast range is available only when there is another Spin Web within 900 range of the targeted point.
According to 7.31 Spinner's Snare : Can now be cast anywhere there's a web regardless of cast range. (Same behavior as Spin Web). Spin Snare gets the correct change, can be cast globally within 1200 radius of a web. But Spin webs can't.
2) The visual effects of it still remains the same 900 radius. It is very hard to recognize which area you have covered.

I noticed that too, her webs passive effect still effects her out of the web a little bit, but the visual doesnt match it. cant tell how far it goes out. hopefully they update the visuals
