Spirit Breaker - Dust of Appearance debuff ignores Bulldoze Status Resistance #8747

Description

As the title suggest, the new dust of appearance debuff which lingers for 8 seconds after leaving its area of effect ignores the status resistance from Bulldoze and lingers for the total duration instead of 35%/45%/55%/65% shorter.

according to #9547 - this is the case for all sources of Status resistance, so maybe as original issue poster you should edit title/body to reflect that 🤔

Isn't this the case for all lingering debuffs of aura effects (i.e. aura "sticky" duration)? It's just that Dust lingers for an absurdly long duration so that the effect is more noticeable. Not a bug IMO but still an edge case that can be surprising.
