Playing Bounty Hunter, used a Tier 1 Neutral Token from my stash at 14:11 and selected my item, the item spawned at my hero's corpse and I was unaware of it. At 21:02, after using the Tier 2 Neutral Token from my stash again, the Tier 1 Neutral Item appeared in my Neutral Stash and the Tier 2 item appeared at my character's feet. At 38:55 the Tier 4 Neutral Token selection from my stash caused the item to be spawned at my hero's feet, though I did not notice it at the time.
I'm not sure if this is working as intended or not, so I am posting it as an issue.
