1 year ago Just experienced that yesterday. Also tested on demo mode, I thougt that maybe like if rubick steal chronosphere Void can still walk in it may be sand king wont have any effects of borrow strike too but its certainly not stunning any hero. yesterday it was also showing when you go to sandstorm spell it says "No Aghanims Upgrade Found" But when see its scepter upgrade it shows that it will upgrade sand storm. Its pretty strange then haven't fixed it yet.

Description
Upon stealing sand king's sandstorm while having an aghanim's scepter in inventory, the new visual that shows the small burrowstrikes will appear, but they will not actually deal damage or stun. This appears to be a common error with rubick spells not inheriting the levels/abilities that are tied to some spells.
Att: dire ancient camp, rubick uses sandstorm for the full duration on ancient creeps, but while the stuns clearly hit some creeps, there is no damage or stun in the combat log.
