Tormentor drop does not show if the receiving player is muted #8860

Description

If you've used the "Mute and Report" option on a player and they receive the Aghanim's Shard from the Tormentor, the shard drop does not show in the chat.

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

Same about other "system" messages in chat like:

Player paused the game
Player disconnected

I'm suprised I couldn't find an already existing issue on that^ maybe i m blind.

Also, imo it would be fancier to have Tormentor notifications in Kill Feed, like Roshan; maybe reduce it to one line though. And ofc, make it ally-only, just like runes-messages.

Message displayed when killing tormentor changed to be a combat event message that will display who received the shard or how much gold and experience is awarded to the team in the event all available shard upgrades have already been acquired.
